All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free shipping on all orders over $55 AUD. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

• USA/Canada: 10–20 business days

• UK/Europe: 10–20 business days

• Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
